For us, the customer is the priority. You can try our garments and initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. While we have a No-Questions-Asked return policy.

We understand a lot of our customers are making purchases on shreethefamilyshop.com for the purpose of an event, function, party, or marriage. While we try to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 Days, we still recommend you to visit our store and try and buy the Clothing of your choice to avoid any such delays.

Please note that the return window cannot be accessed after 7 days of the delivery.

Terms & Conditions Applied:

• We do offer an Exchange Policy. You can simply initiate a return and Exchange a product.
• Returns are not applicable on Innerwear & Accessories.
• Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt in the original box.
• Any tampering with the tags or garment will result in quality check rejection thus rejection of the return request.
• In case you received a damaged or defective product, send us unboxing video and place the return within 7 days of delivery.
• Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should be originally intact. Used product, missing or tampering will lead to Quality Check rejection thus rejection of the placed return/refund request.
• You can return one or more items from the same order.
• Refund not available so you can exchange in size or buy another product .

HOW TO RETURN

• Log into your account on https://shreethefamilyshop.com/login
• Go to ‘My orders’
• Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
• To help us serve you better, add your comments in the comment section.
• Your return process gets initiated.

RETURN PROCESS

• Contact us for an issues regarding Product.
• Send product through a Courier.
• It takes 5-7 Business days to ship items to our Showroom.
• Once QC is passed return is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

On shreethefamilyshop.com you can initiate an order cancellation anytime post you have placed the order till the item is unfulfillable. Once marked as ready to ship the items cannot be canceled. As the items are shipped or in transit, we request you to accept the order and later return in such cases.

At times due to various reasons, ShreeTheFamilyShop can cancel the order on its own. You can check our Terms of Use page to understand in detail the reason to initiate such cancellation. 

RETURN PROCESS FOR ALTERED GARMENTS

Any garment or product which is altered in any way is not eligible for any exchange or return.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THEY DO NOT PASS THE QUALITY CHECK PROCESS.
